Horrible customer service never received

Never received it, no refund, no email response, had to file a case with my credit card company. This company is a scam!

I want to give you zero stars. My order took over a month. The tracking number didn’t show any current info. All of my emails with concerns were met with representatives telling me it was within the 2 week shipping period that was standard. It had been four weeks when they first told me it would be 6 more days. The package didn’t leave the facility for another ten to twelve days. Thank goodness it was all correct when I got it a month later. You can keep your $5 for this review. I wouldn’t order anything else from this company if it was all free. The worst online ordering experience ever. Also the Wally that attaches to my phone case, doesn’t stay closed. It’ll probably break before six months. Crap company. Sub par products. Rude unprofessional and lazy customer service. Their phone number is a what’s app number that isn’t even active. Please never contact me again. I hope your company headquarters is swallowed by an earthquake. You suck! Please stop harassing me with your lame review requests and ad bullshit
