Service was top notch, super quick and convenient. Did exactly what they said they'd do, even faster than anticipated, and were friendly and easy to deal with from start to finish. Tigard staff rocks!

I really appreciate the service

I really appreciate the service and advice and consultation that your team provided. The service was 100% quality and accurate. If I could offer any potential change, it’s the time it took at the register to identify and re-enter the services in the computer system or database. It was so strange I got a print out of what was going to be serviced. Then I had to give the print out back after the service survey. It seem like they were re-entry what information was already given to me.😳

Had to pay 200$ extra

Had to pay 200$ extra for "misc" labour charges on install even though it was supposed to be included. Had to reinstall the drone module by myself as it was an older gen which stopped working after 1 day. I didnt want to go back to car toys dealer as they would have charged me again. I reinstalled the drone module myself. While I was in there I realised that the starter kit was exposed right next to fuse box and wasnt even held down by anything. Just hanging there between wires. NOT a professional install, dissappointed.

If I could put a

If I could put a negative 5 stars I would. I'm extremely disappointed with this store. I made an appointment to get a Clifford Auto start installed in my wife's car for Saturday at 0900 which is the time they open. We were the second party in line. They told us they should have it ready sometime after noon. When I called at 430 the guy said his installer had just began installing it and wasn't having any "luck" getting it to work but should have it ready by 1800 or closing time at 1900. At 1945 I called and had to let the phone ring for about 10 minutes before someone picked up. The guy notified me that the car wasn't gonna be ready and asked if we could leave it. I notified this idiot that not only not calling me ahead of time was irresponsible but rude. I still can't even fathom what they were thinking handling this situation the way they did. My wife had to be at work at 0800 the next day but she said that was fine, she'd go in late since they open at 1000. At 1200 she called and they hadn't even started on it. Then when I called up there, I got the whole "well the other manager this the other manager that who isn't here today" blame it on the other guy. He said he knew nothing about it which is grossly negligent. If I still had a car it belong to a customer it was supposed to be done yesterday that would have been my number one priority for the beginning of the day but instead I got the excuse that one installer hadn't shown up and that one installer was late and that he was by himself checking in customers because they were so busy with a lot of people already at 1000 in the morning. My wife told them just to remove the system and put it back in the box and she was coming for her car, and upon arrival there were four people sitting at the counter in front just chit-chatting and when she walked back to the installers Bay there was only two cars being worked on. So what she said makes sense when they told me $250 for the install and I told them no it has free installation offered with buying the unit I could tell they got a lot of disgruntled looks and the guy tried to argue with me that it was not free install and when I had to dig up the internet ad and show him, she said she believes they just pushed her car off to the end of the line bc they didn't wanna do a free install. When I asked for a district managers phone number, I was told he couldn't give that over the phone which sounds like bullshit to me. Either way I'm not done with this yet. The service was absolutely shitty.
