The shipping of the defective or misrepresented product was fine.

shipping costs are ridiculous

Shipping cost is excessive.

Sales person was a bit 'young' and inexperienced, always had to consult with management before confirming pricing and availability, which I thought was odd. All the cables worked in the end which was the goal.
