So far everything has been good. Excellent shipping and quick response from support on small issues. Website needs to have some small improvements. Perhaps it is because I am in Canada. In the contact us form the website did not recognize the order number (format wrong) or the serial numbers (format wrong). Other than that great service, great support, quality items.
