Average review - the item was delivered fast, but I feel like I've been lied to by ordering a "high quality product" that was really not good, while at the same time not broken. Waiting to see if the return process is successful. If it didn't take 3 days to get a return email after my refund request, maybe I would give a higher "experience" review.

Shipping was slow. Order processing until actually packaged and shipped was excessively long compared to other retailers.

HP Mississauga received the return more than one week ago but I am still waiting for the credit
