Great customer service. Love that my Loftie is always being improved with regular updates

Once you figure out the function of each button on top, it's really simple to operate – very intuitive for the most part (though I had a frustration with figuring out how to change the alarm volume! it is separate from the main volume!! tricky.) When navigating the menu, big snooze button is "back," little button is "select," arrows navigate up and down the menu. Super simple and physical buttons. Love it. I haven't used the white noises a whole lot, but I love the alarm. Wakes you up gently and peacefully, then lets you snooze a bit. Then it wakes you up more persistently. Easy to snooze or turn off alarm. Gets me to stop using my phone for an alarm, which was the overall goal! But it's just a great clock and alarm clock, too :)

I adore my Loftie anytime of day and night. Waking up is like opening my eyes to Bob Ross talking about one of his paintings. I never want to wake up differently ever. Which is not too easy as lots of options are in my Loftie and the library of sounds and music keeps growing. I enjoy them whilst falling asleep (my cats do too), for relaxation im between or as a happy wake up. In short: I LOVE MY LOFTIE (and I am curious how it will develop over the time). xxx

My new favourite way to wake up!

Simple. Effective. Beautiful. Pleasant. Everything I need in an alarm clock and nothing more. My phone never enters my bedroom.
