The S7 active I bought from gazelle looks and works like brand new phone. It doesn't have a scratch on it and it looks great. It doesn't pick up a signal like my last phone did but that's on AT&T's side.There service has been getting worse and worse every month. Their just getting to greedy trying so hard to be uno numero at everything that they get involved in. But that's a problem / headache I don't need. Thanks Gazelle, for the great bargain. That was just one of my purchases from Gazelle. Haven't gone wrong yet. Always have gotten good service and a good deal from them.

Was sent the wrong charger with the computer. Called their customer customer service and the guy I talked to was very helpful and had the correct charger at my doorstep within a few days.

I loved the 5S, but found that my eyesight is so bad I would need to have glasses on my all the time to read and return texts. I'm a painter and handy man so it's inconvenient. Thanks for great customer service with the return. When I can afford it definitely will buy a 6S Plus from Gazelle--the screen is big enough I can read texts without glasses.
