Good phone, good Gazelle
The Google Pixel XL is a good phone, and it seems like new, even though it was only "good" condition. The first one I ordered got stuck in the postal system for a week. When it finally arrived a week late (no fault of Gazelle), it didn't vibrate. Gazelle customer service said I would have to buy a new one, then mail the defective one back for a refund. They reimbursed me for expedited shipping. The second phone is fine. I mailed the defective one back, and received a full refund. So Gazelle stands behind their phones, and I am a happy customer. I'm not happy with the USPS, but that's not Gazelle's fault. It's probably worth paying $30 for the expedited shipping.
