This was my second attempt to buy an iPhone for my daughter. The first phone would not activate on Verizon’s network after multiple SIM cards attempted. I contacted customer service and was given a return label and no questions asked help. I was also given a discount on another phone which I used. The second iPhone was I perfect conditions and works great o the network. I was a little nervous about the battery on a used phone but me daughter has had no trouble making it through the day with a charge. Would buy again from gazelle. I gave four stars for the trouble of having to return the phone and make multiple trips to Verizon for activation.
