I ordered my phone in “fair” condition and what came to me was nothing short of fantastic!!! There were some VERY minor scuffs on the back that indicated it had been in a phone case. But for a fair condition phone, I was very pleased. Thank you very much for this service. I accidentally damaged my old phone and needed a new one fast and Gazelle came through for me with a great product in a quick time span. When it comes time to get a new phone, I will be using Gazelle again.

Overall very satisfied. However I had to contact AT&T to unlock a phone that was supposed to be unlocked. Also when I called to have someone fixed the problem I was waiting for 30 minutes before hanging up and doing it myself! Product is amazing! Customer service was not!

Product came as advertised. No surprises, no BS. Had a shipping delay today was not from gazelle and customer service was above and beyond. Will use again.

My laptop arrived quickly and very well packed. To me the good condition it was rated at seemed to be excellent. It has worked without any glitches and is like a new machine. The adapter had been misplaced I contacted customer service who promptly set about getting me one. They were courteous, helpful and prompt. I would highly recommend this company. Good product and great customer service = happy customer.
