Gazelle is just what it advertises.....great products at good prices and quick service! I will never buy a new phone again.

The phone is great, but the service once I ordered seemed slow. Once I called I found out the phone that was going to be sent to me didn't pass inspection. Glad it was checked thoroughly because they located another to send. It proved to be exactly what I wanted. It seemed in perfect condition cosmetically exceeding my expectations.

I had to return two (actually perfect) IPhone 7s that I bought from Gazelle for my daughter. The phones were perfect except that we could not get cellular service, The problem turned out to be with a feature of our AT&T account that is not compatible with the latest IOS version -- for some reason. There was nothing wrong with the phones. Unfortunately the AT&T personnel kept insisting is was a phone issue. Gazelle was completely cooperative and efficient in handling the returns even though it was already apparent that the problem was with the carrier not the phone. I have purchased four phones previously from Gazelle always with excellent results and I will buy from them again. I am just sorry that it didn't work out this time -- no fault of Gazelle
