Super quick and easy I'll be seeing all of you again.

I've only made 2 purchases so far but the customer service has been great. The packages are always on time/when I'm told they'll arrive and you guys are quick to fix problems with items broken in transit. Sometimes email communication is slow but that's not a real big deal. I bought your 11" Tree Glass piece that I just got done reviewing for your site and it's great. The banger unfortunately came broken in many places but after I sent a quick e-mail, sent pics and all, I was set for a replacement. Since I had the package expensively express shipped to my house in Canada, you guys graciously sent me the same brand banger just as fast! That was greatly appreciated on my end. I look forward to getting more items from you guys, I have my eyes set on a piece for flower and a Titan downstem :)
