1. The store was awesome to deal with. Shipping was super fast. I changed my mind on colour after I placed an order, they were nice to let me change to a different colour. 2. The vape: it gets really hot. You definitely need a skin. Not sure if it is necessary to have all the extra stuff such as precision temperature mode and inspiring messages... I am quite new to vaping, so I might not know what I am talking about. I like the size and its portability. I personally think it could be simpler and a bit cheaper.

Received on time, but unit is defective and I’m stuck with it. 435$ in the toilet.
