The service at British Audio was all I could ask for. My purchase shipped quickly and came in perfect condition. I had one minor problem and the staff worked very hard to resolve it as quickly as they could. Can't ask for more than that.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service I received from British Audio. I received a Kemper PowerRack that had a broken ground lift button on the back of the unit. British Audio let me use the Kemper for a gig I ordered it for, allowed me to return the unit the next day, and promptly sent me a replacement. The team at British Audio was always very willing to help me and the whole process was smooth and painless. This was my first purchase with them, but the definitely earned a loyal customer.

I cannot say enough good things about British Audio! All the guys there are super knowledgeable, Shane and Michael are rockstars on my book! They have helped me from guitar and bass set ups to a re-tube of a guitar amp and now they helped me out with my decision on my to purchase a whole Kemper Rig! Any one that plays guitar or bass I always tell them to go to British Audio! Excellent customer service and very practical turn around times. Now if only they became a Warwick/Framus dealer!
