What can I say? They had the part I needed at a great price and quick shipping. This is the second time I have bought parts from British Audio and the first time was just as good. Even though my orders have both been small, they took the time to hand-write a "Thank You!" and sign their name and even threw in a free bumper sticker the first time I ordered! Thanks for all you do, British Audio! If I need

Perfect!!!

Fast processing and shipping

I downloaded a PDF of a manual I was after without too much hassle.
