They are awesome! My Dog chewed the 11 knobs and the Marshall Logo off of my amp. Thankfully, without hurting the face of the amp. I got online, ordered the knobs and logo, but I ordered the wrong parts. They arrived very quickly, but they were wrong. I emailed them, they knew exactly how to solve my issue. They sent me a return label, I attached the label, set it on my front porch, and they sent me a new order with the right parts. Awesome! Thank You British Audio!
