Very expensive shipping. A business in itself I guess.

I bought a manual for the Trace Elliot head VA 350.. The manual only contained info on another head from Trace Elliot called VA 400 (there are some similarities between the 2 but also some pretty big differences) - so the manual was useless to me. I gave 2 stars because the manual was dirt cheap.

I ordered this weeks ago and still haven't received it. The tracking says it was supposed to be delivered Oct 31, but it's Nov 11: DHL 3174238045. Can you please make sure it's delivered still?
