Service was great

Unfortunately the cable didn't work out after I was troubleshooting I updated the software in the camper made sure the connections were correct turned off the Kemper unplugged it for the full power cycle waited 30 minutes or so plugged it all back in and didn't work unfortunately

I didn't realize there are different sizes so I ordered the wrong one (small). I recommend going to Amazon if you need the large size, they carry it for cheap and it works great.

Sent the same day I ordered it and the product was in working order and exactly as described but was sent uses and took over a week to receive. They should be using UPS or FedEx.
