Everything was real good and spoke with Bob yesterday about an issue and was told to send an email to tach support, haven’t received a response as of yet

The customer service at Bob Johnson’s is second to none. You get personalized service with direct contact with employees. There aren’t any form letters or anything similar. However, this all comes at a price. The shipping is horribly expensive, where I paid in excess of $15 for shipping 4 rubber feet that could have been sent in an envelope with a 50¢ stamp. With that being said, shipping does scale well and it’s pretty competitive when you’re ordering more expensive items.

Able to find refurbished dock at reasonable pricing and shipping was good also

My shopping experience with the The staff was enlightening and encouraging, Brian was very patient and knowledgeable with the item I was seeking to purchase.
