The computer was as described, updated with the additional items I'd specified and shipped quickly. The Windows setup was perfect, everything that could have been done beforehand was done, and all I had to do was fill in the few blank spots. It was a great experience for me, now I have a great work horse laptop with all of the features I need at a fraction of the price I'd pay for a new machine. I have no complaints and am eager to do business with Bob Johnson's again. Thanks!

Was happy to find Bob Johnson's Computer Stuff online store. Some of the older Toughbooks are difficult to find repair parts for when needed.
