after about a year I broke my charging port on Blue Tiger ellite headset . I emailed blue Tiger and guess what happened next ? I got a phone call from a human being . How cool is that ? No not a recorded voice from human being It was a real person The real live person was eager and quick to get me a new headset I happily paid the fee I am very happy with Blue Tiger headset and service Curtis M Pennsylvania

My husband loves his Blue Tiger and I've been a fan of Blue Parrot. But when my husband's Blue Tiger stopped charging they replaced it no questions asked. Great customer service! I'm now sold on the Blue Tiger products! Thanks Blue Tiger!

Couldn't never get over to Denton TA to x-change my headset so called blue tiger and young lady told me she would send me a new set for 29.99 I was a little aggrevated. But I finally figured out it was for shipping,I was ok with it.the lady could have been more curtesy and explainitory about it but I'm still satisfied.i tried blue parrot in the time my blue tiger was down I hated it blue tiger is the ONLY one for me "THANKS BLUE TIGER"
