I am so excited and grateful for the promt and courteous service that I received from you all. My Blue Tiger Elite stopped working and after approximately two months I called in and was advised to send it in for repairs. I was told it would take maybe three weeks or so for it be repaired and sent back to me. You guys actually sent me back a better working Blue Tiger within approximately week or so. Thank you
