First head set I got, the power/call pick-up button stopped working after less than 5 months. I emailed Blue Tiger customer service with my problem, sent the headset to them, and they replaced it at no cost to me even though I had long ago lost my reciept. They obviously stand behind their products 100 percent and the headset is of the best quality for sound... as a 50-state over the road truck driver my headset is essential as my link to home, so I depend on it and it gets a lot of use. I highly recommend Blue Tiger for the product and their top notch customer service.

I think it's one of the best headsets out there. I use the Dual Elite because I have a 20% hearing loss and it's perfect. If I have a problem they take care of it wuick

Awesome product. You can bend it to conform to the perfect fit for wherever you want to hang your headset.

Service was great. I bought the dual elite and not to comfortable with both ears being covered. Charger stopped working. Card works.
