Bluetiger stands behind their product. Had problems with headset and called service. Unit was replaced. Sent to my home and arrived within 2 days.

Still have buds to get out. This is my 3rd purchase in 1 yr. people on other end have a hard time hearing me, and a lot of time they hear a bunch of noise.

Had a problem with a defective headset and the customer service staff was greatly appreciated. Love the headsets that I've purchased. Thank you very much..

This headset is great. noise reduction and mic is awesome. ear piece is great also
