I had a problem with the boom mic not working properly. I called customer service and spoke with a very nice lady who was able to not only offer options but also change out the unit I had to the camoflauge unit which is really cool looking. The whole deal took less than 5 minutes and in 3 days my new unit was im my possesion and working just as it should. I would say if your willing to make the purchase in the first place you will not be unhappy even if the unit fails because the service will not fail you.

Have had several headset through the years and by far these are the best. Had a few problems with 2, but the support was great and replace them asap. Excellent product and they stand by what they sell, as a truck driver it is nice to have a product that fits my needs.
