This is the 2nd black elite I have had first one had a problem but the amazing customer service at Blue Tiger took care of the replacement right away it was great to actually see them investigate the failure to help prevent the problem in the future and they value your input on the product as a professional driver. I have used many brands of hands free headset and nothing is worse than having an issue and the company disregards your concerns. Blue Tiger will never do that to you they value your input because they are actually seeking to provide the customer with the very best product. The most comfortable and durable headset with the longest talk time and truly amazing noise cancelling. You can stand on your cat walk with a refer running full tilt and you can hear the person on the phone clearly and they will only hear you no background interference at all. If you demand the best in handsfree performance the Blue Tiger Elite is the unit for you.

The audio response on the Dual Elites if very good! I did not think that blue tooth audio could sound so good. The low frequency response is awesome reaching down to almost sub sonic it. Using a frequency generator down to 13hz could be heard. Separation was very good. So if you like listening to music these work so well I use them for air travel as the paired to my tablet just fine for watching movies. The battery life is awesome I have done two 8 hour shifts without any reduction in performance with out charging. The seal to the ear is very good. The cushions are plush. Voice clarity is excellent. Make sure the mike is close to your mouth and do a little testung live with some so they can help ypu get the correct distance from the microphone. Build quality is a 5 star too.
