The Blackvue dash-cams are designed with gas powered cars in mind. Setting up a Blackvue dash cam in an all electric vehicle can be an enormous challenge. To make matters more complicated is the fact that a set up that seems to work in one model of electric vehicles won’t work on other models. More thought needs to be put into modifying dash cams to work well in electric vehicles.

Asked for information about cam, got no answer. Purchased anyway and figured it out using google. No one answered chat for days.

Costumer service needs improvement as they don’t listen to the customer. I have 5 cameras but prefer to look for solutions myself due to useless suggestions coming from customer service.

First time and last time i bought directlay from your site,price was suposed to be 368$ cdn UPS 140$ cdn for custom clearance or something like that,it's 40% more the suposate price Why you did not say nothing about it ? Next i will buy from Amazon at less i will have the right price
