Big buttons staff were amazing to deal with. They had great communication and options we could take including a refund. We chose to keep the phone but were really impressed with their customer care.

I was a little dubious about purchasing a phone online, being of an older generation, but I went for it, and it couldn't have been easier. Good communication, fast delivery, well packaged goods. I am definitely impressed, and would use this company again.
