Benchmark Media Systems

The cables are great. Delivery was fast. The only 'miss' was that I ordered two RCA to XLRM adapter cables to use between my preamp and amp and I had asked Benchmark to mark the connectors on one cable with a red collar or heat shrink so I can tell which is right vs left. The cables arrived without any markings or even a note saying that option wasn't available. It's a feature worth adding and something they offer on all of their other stereo cables. Other than that, very happy with the cables!

First remote I purchased worked less and less well in spite of new batteries and stopped working - I had to purchase another one….

Works fine. Not as nice as the one that came with my DAC3 several years ago because it has more plastic and less metal. Way overpriced - for example I’ve got a nicer remote included with a $500 integrated amp I bought for my garage. Bottom line: I’m a huge Benchmark fan (DAC, amp, cables) and this product is the first I’m disappointed in. That said it’s fine and since I somehow lost the one I’ve been using for many years it’s good to have a replacement.
