Disappointed on the shipping. The first phone agent was great. The battery was verified in Las Vegas in stock and received an email it was shipped Friday. Monday came and no email verification of shipping tracking number. I called Las Vegas again and got another service assistant he said it would come out of Hayward Ca. The package actually shipped Wednesday(Oct 26), almost a week later after ordering. The battery arrived Thursday(Oct 29). The battery fit perfectly and great quality.

Hello We ordered batteries here for our organization and two days after We ordered it, there was a notification to my email saying that the batteries shipped and the email contains a link to the tracking number. But the email didnt contain a tracking number. I went to online order lookup and there was no tracking number there either. .So we emailed customer and called them without any response. Eventually we found out that the parts never shipped and finally after sevarl followups it shipped 20days after order placement.

It took weeks to get the product
