The delivery was slow but we all know with what the world is up against. The batteries never fully charge and I have tested my charger, working 100%. Shortage of stock but was refunded.

Took 3 weeks to get batteries I could have gotten at home Depot 3 miles away. Sorry, my mistake.

The price was great but the battery did not fit in the blue case. It was half the size of the blue case. Waste of money

I'm sure it was a simple mistake, but I was sent the wrong batteries in my order. I have emailed through the live chat and the contacts on their website without a response; they should probably look in to that, they may be missing out on concerned clients.
