These folks are a pleasure to work with….they went out of way to build battery pack that no one else wanted to do….very professional….battery pack was perfect……

Received the product in time and excellent condition. But, the equipment, tooth brush, itself was not able to open for the battery replacement (it broke), I am not using the battery. Is it possible for me to return the battery?
