It all worked out with customer service and support. The DJI Air 3S arrive on a Friday with quick shipping. And just like a kid I had to get it in my hands and started up. I just didn't know I had to have a code for the DJI service plan. By the time I knew it customer service was closed. So they reached out by email first thing Monday morning with the code. But the DJI site said the code was incorrect so I reached out to customer support again and they helped me get the issue corrected. And for some reason DroneNerds has my name as Kristal and my name is actually Douglas. But Kristal is my other halfs name but she has never done anything with drones or DroneNerds so I don't understand that with her name showing up. But I give them 5 stars as they work to solve the issues of their customers.
