www.dronenerds.com

11 months to get order. With 0 updates. . shipped 1 day before a ban. Seems a little shady. Put it all together, I will find another place to spend my money

i ordered props for my M30T, needed it overnighted because i am in on a SNR. . but you in all your wisdom, you sent it requiring a signature [ can not it home from 8 am to 6 pm . . so pissed that i will not be buying anything else from you, Drone Nerds I paid like $6 for the overnight. . I want that refunded

Website false advertised and claimed 2 weeks and I waited almost 2 months. . would have never order if they only told the truth

Bought Evo II 4T xe bundle plus 3 batteries and a spotlight/speaker. Followed through with recommended update and am having issues with the function. Reached out to customer service and said that it wasn’t there issue so contact Autel. It didn’t sit well with me after spending nearly $12,000 and 3 days later they say, “sorry your product doesn’t work, you’re on your own!”

Awful experience.
