customer service was good from drew, but listing an item as in stock and taking 4 months for back order was not great and also not indicated to the customer. i had to inquire on the status of my order

Drone was in perfect condition was missing a piece to secure the drone in the travel case, tried to contact DroneNerds but was never returned the email.

Retail is $95. 00 from DJI. Only ones that had it in stock and marked it up to 179. 99. But they had it in stock. Good shipping time

I have not yet received the item yet. After attempting to get the item expedited I still haven't seen it. DN did reach out to me with an invoice for expedited shipping which I failed to respond to. My fault, but then they just didn't ship the item at all!
