Box came damaged, but product came perfectly fine.

Ordering was easy. I did not know that I would have to be home to sign for the delivery. Once I received the email from FedEx it gave a 4 hour window in the middle of the day, I work 7-5 each day. I signed to the FedEx website and tried to have them hold it at a facility where I could pick it up, which was not an option allowed by Drone Nerds. I took a vacation day from work to receive the delivery which never arrived. Apparently, I accidentally put a hold on the delivery while I was on the website (my fault) but I didn’t know that happened. I spoke with FedEx and apparently my delivery now won’t arrive until December 8th. I was so excited to get the Drone Tag Rider. I’m patiently waiting to play with my new toy.

Just wish I was able to add other parts i wanted before purchase.

To get just perfect, you guys could either process saturday orders at the same day or ship in the same business day which would mean top priority on Monday morning to those orders. That's because who orders on a Saturday is running around the clock to have the product, otherwise it could wait until Monday to order it. Other than that, everything was just perfect. Great job! 4 stars only because it doesn’t come with the Cellular Dongle 2 and that the backpack it suggested as a bundle does not fit the Matrice 4T, so wasted 100$ there. But delivery time was ahead of schedule and exceeded my expectations.
