Picking up my item, they were swift to answer emails and phone calls, but when I received my flash and it was broken at the hot shoe connector, I can't get in contact with them. $200 down the drain.

Have not been helpful so far with this return. Packaging was below subpar and the box fell apart. They expect me to find my own box to return the item. Not easy for a 6 foot long light tube.

film received was not in its wrapper and had no expiry date.

Shipping was fast. Product was poor quality.

Will not except refunds.
