Excellent, smooth transaction. The only reason I won't give you 5 stars is because you work with FedEx and fail delivering on time 90% of the time and this order is one more example. And yes I always prefer stores that I know they can ship with UPS.

I received an email. with a giant blue button that says "Track your order", but the button has a bad link. When I emailed the store about it (twice even), no one responded. I also didn't receive the tracking number. I had to call the store to have them manually email me the tracking number. I really thought I was scammed the whole time. The whole experience was jenky.
