Ordering the lens was straight forward, and unconfusing at the B&C website. My lens that I ordered came quickly, and was properly packed, so that was good. There was plenty of brown shipping paper crumpled up in the shipping box to provide protection. Inspecting the manufacturer's box and the lens itself seemed to be previously unopened, or previously unhandled, which I appreciate; if a store sells previously opened/handled merchandise I will not buy from them. I normally order my gear from the big online photo stores on the east coast, but if B&C continues to provide good, and honest service to its customers, perhaps I will be buying from them in the future.
