My parts were shipped promptly. However, my sheet of tolex came as two sections joined together with a very large stitch, running through the middle of it. I was not able to avoid this when applying the tolex and so now my cab has a very large scar running across the side because of this. Other than this, the materials themselves were great.

Folks, I live the product and people generally are prompt in returning emails. You are, however, abysmal in getting things out the door. Your tracking info links do not work. I was advised to take the given tracking number and enter into FedEx site. That didn’t work either. I ended up trying one of your competitors and the product shipment was superior. I don’t like to give negative reviews but if I ran a business these are things I’d want to know.

Takes a long time for stuff to ship out. Things ordered on a Thursday aren’t moved out until the following week.

The human who responded to my emails was tip-top! He was kind, and his replies to my concerns were lightning quick. The Mojotone website however - is just all over the place. I'd find the same item at different prices when doing searches for specific items. The web site to me seems like it could be more clear, easy to navigate and accurate. —Gary W

The site bogs down to a crawl often. The order status page needs a cancellation option in case a mistake was made on an order; the staff is great, but they don't read emails with change requests before an order is shipped.
