Package is late paid for fist class shipping ang am on week 3 no phone case

I accidentally sent package to the wrong address. I was advised I could not cancel order since it was already shipped and to have it returned to sender. I was able to intercept package at USPS and have it returned. I have reached out several times and still have not received a refund.
