This thing doesn't work. Will not allow phone to be charged when plugged in. Will only charge phone from battery. Phone can die while unit is plugged in. Only battery charges when plugged in. I think this is a imitation of real product.

I ordered this week's ago and still have yet to receive it 🤦🏾I paid for expedited shipping but haven't heard anything from company nor have I got what I paid for. I highly upset at this point.

Recieved a black case not the green and black that I ordered. Shame that it took so long to recieve wrong case

Absolutely awful. You screwed up my order and instead of providing me with a return label for the product to be returned, you offer a discount on my next purchase. Why would I want to buy another case when you can't manage simple customer service? Then you instruct me to tape up the package and mark return to sender. The US Post Office doesn't operate that way. I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau.
