They got the wrong case
They got the wrong case and color THREE TIMES IN A ROW. They have no legit phone number so I spoke with nobody. I told them multiple times the color BLACK via email and they still sent the wrong color everytime. There had been zero communication and zero effort to fix anything. Just an automated robot to reply to voicemails.
