I never received my order. I emailed several times and asked them to send the product. They said they would but never did.

Poor shipping. Card charged item has not shipped.

no product rec'd, no response from customer service, rec'd order and shipping confirmation but now told it is a pre-order and will be several weeks. I have no idea if I will ever receive my order.

Fail.
