I worked with Danielle when my shipment was lost by UPS and she was very helpful in trying to ensure that I got the product (stands) in a timely manner. AA started an investigation and we got another shipment in progress when UPS reported item likely stolen to AA (I never got good updates myself). The package was ultimately found and we had to cancel the replacement.
