I’ve been buying gear from these guys for years. My purchases always arrive on time. The occasional back order is dealt with effectively. The demos I bought were indistinguishable from new. Any advice I’ve been given is spot on and their demeanor on the phone is always cheerful and helpful. I miss brick and mortar audio stores in my part of the world but these guys are the next best thing. They may not have everything I want but it’s close.

Awesome Service! Even with long wait on the back order the folks were compassionate and understanding, and once they came in the email notification that they were in was very quick. . . . . . Excellent service all the way around. Note these were on backorder for over a month and worth the wait!!!!

My experience was top notch. I ordered the same product from another vending who also used FedEx. Delivery was complicated and the device never made it to my home. My CD transport arrived as scheduled, well packed and works great. Highly recommend Audio Advisor
