An excellent device but a

An excellent device but a faulty sample. Sadly, there is no warranty, it is only fictional. The device is DOA, and the only way for the warranty to work is to pay shipping back all the way across the ocean on your own expense, which is approx. 2x the device price, plus the import customs once again. A sad story how a $99 device can break a friendship with a company that I bought more than $10k products for the past 7-8 years.

I asked for a cancellation

I asked for a cancellation of the order however the agent left me without information for days and afterwards got a notification that the order has been shipped, which was already a bad start. note that from my country, we can not ship items to the US so I was stuck with them. To add to that, headphones sound great however I get a popping sound or a crack when the device is at full volume. Shame really.

Hi Tim & Audeze team, it’s now October 29th, 2025 and I still have not received the replacement earpads for my LCD-MX4. We’ve had: the first shipment returned by PostNL due to late customs notice the second shipment stuck with UPS because of repeated address issues multiple delivery attempts and corrections months of waiting and back-and-forth At this point this has taken several months and I still can’t properly use headphones that cost several thousand euros. That’s honestly getting absurd. I need this resolved now. Next steps I kindly request: Please send a new set of earpads with the correct address printed exactly as above Mark it clearly as Warranty Replacement – no commercial value Use a shipping method with digital delivery confirmation & editable delivery info (UPS without editable address field in NL is not workable) If possible, please share the new tracking link once shipped. I really appreciate the effort so far, but this needs to be solved once and for all.
