I will mention the RMA process and warranty was awesome, although my rep forgot to place replacement once old one was received, waited a few day, then once realized he overnighted to make up difference.

These are a replacement for the Penrose I had. They are amazing and improves over the previous model. Wireless range now works perfectly. Battery is amazing and about the support staff I cannot say enough good things about them, they simply rock it!!!

My experience with Audeze was fantastic. Even though I had to wait for these awesome headphones, this was communicated upfront and progression was communicated as well. So I knew when these were shipped and they didn’t just land on my doorstep “one day”. I am using software from SteeleSeries to use these, I would love to see what you guys could create from the software side!
