Customer service was excellent, very happy with the Maxwell headphones. Only drawback is that they can't be turned louder, a little quiet for gaming.

There's not a lot to talk about here. These things do there job amazingly. I had a bit of a mix up, totally my fault, and the customer service rep that I talked to got me squared away fast quick and in a hurry. So yeah if you're looking buy these you won't be disappointed
