I had the right earcup issue manifest. Great job from the customer service team quickly addressing the issue and getting me back on my feet with a replacement unit.

They are the best gaming headphones I have ever used. You can easily hear footsteps and other details just using the Audeze preset. I also use them for remote work and they are great for conference calls.
